Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Eco International School has announced on their official Facebook page the launch of their new After-School Swimming Classes, in collaboration with the Blue Dolphin Swimming Club. Starting on October 12, 2024, these classes are designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop swimming skills in a structured environment.
The classes, aimed at enhancing physical activity and water safety, are available to both Eco students and external participants. The swimming program will be held every Saturday with two available slots: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM or 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. The sessions will take place at Eco Campus 2, located on Streets 63 and 65, Sangkat Chaktomuk, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
Fee Details
Eco International School has set the fee for the swimming classes at $130 per term for external participants, while current Eco students can enjoy a discounted rate of $120 per term. Each term comprises 10 sessions, making it an accessible program for families looking to introduce swimming to their children or develop their skills further.
School Program Overview
In addition to the new swimming classes, Eco International School offers flexible full-day and half-day programs:
- Full-Day Program: Runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a complimentary late pick-up service available until 5:30 PM.
- Half-Day Program: Available either from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM or from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The school’s curriculum is diverse, catering to both early years (EY) and kindergarten (KG) students aged 2-5 years with the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and the Cambodian Curriculum. For primary students aged 6 and older, the curriculum includes both British and Cambodian elements, providing a well-rounded educational approach.
