  • Locations: Applications submitted at the education department in the capital and provinces where students pursued high school studies.

    • Scholarship application
    • Recent 4cm×6cm photo
    • Receipt copy with photo
    • Additional application for poor priority candidates (economically disadvantaged)
    • Individual certificate (for exam-focused candidates only)
    • Residence record copy certified by authorities
