MAKSON International Academy held an inspiring Primary Graduation and Recognition Day on June 25, 2025, at AEON Mall Sen Sok under the powerful and timely theme “Saving the Planet.” The event brought together proud parents, dedicated educators, and enthusiastic students to celebrate the end of a successful academic journey for the school’s primary learners.
Honoring Growth, Creativity, and the Environment
This year’s graduation was more than a ceremony—it was a vibrant showcase of student creativity and environmental consciousness. Through role plays, songs, and dances, each class delivered heartfelt performances centered around protecting the Earth. The children brought energy and sincerity to the stage, reminding all attendees of the importance of caring for the planet. Their messages echoed themes of conservation, recycling, clean energy, and appreciation for nature.
From a student dramatically popping out of a recycling bin to another donning a leafy green costume to represent Earth’s flora, the performances were both entertaining and meaningful.
A Community Effort Worth Celebrating
Behind every performance stood a team of committed teachers, teaching assistants, and staff who worked tirelessly to guide the children through weeks of preparation. Parents and guardians also played an essential role, supporting their children’s rehearsals and contributing to the smooth execution of the event.
The collaborative spirit of the MAKSON community was evident throughout the day. Teachers, students, and families alike shared pride in how far the children have come—not only academically, but also in their social and emotional development.
Empowering Future Global Citizens
Events like this reinforce MAKSON International Academy’s commitment to shaping globally aware, compassionate, and confident young learners. By tying the celebration to an important real-world issue, the school successfully blended academic recognition with character-building values. It’s an approach that goes beyond traditional learning and cultivates responsible global citizens from a young age.
As the students move forward to new academic stages, the lessons they take with them—both from the classroom and the stage—will leave a lasting impact.
